MySQL Recovery for Databasesin MyISAM and InnoDB formats
Diskinternals MySQL Recovery offers database administrators the ability to undelete, recover and repair corrupted MySQL databases in MyISAM and InnoDB formats. Supporting the recovery from healthy, damaged and inaccessible drives formatted with Ext2/Ext3, exFAT, FAT, FAT32, NTFS, or HFS file systems. MySQL Recovery can recover badly damaged and partial InnoDB databases.
Automatic and Manual Modes
In simple cases, MySQL Recovery can work in full auto mode. Manual mode is available to experienced database administrators, allowing reconstructing partial and badly damaged InnoDB databases.
Recover Deleted MySQL Databases
MySQL databases that were deleted or removed from the Recycle Bin can be easily undeleted in full auto mode. Sophisticated recovery algorithms used in MySQL Recovery allow recovering database files from corrupted, formatted and inaccessible disks. Even if there’s no file system left on the disk, MySQL Recovery can still locate and recover InnoDB databases in whole or in parts. Later on, the partial database can be re-assembled into a working one by employing the manual mode.
Repair MySQL Databases
More often than not, a database being recovered comes out corrupted. MySQL Recovery can fix all types of data and structural corruption, fixing tables, records, and system information completely automatically. A dedicated manual mode is available to experienced database administrators, allowing the recovery of partial InnoDB databases. In manual mode, database administrators can re-create missing database structures while filling them with data extracted out of the recovered database or its fragments.
Multiple Export Modes
MySQL Recovery offers a number of different exporting options. Recoverable data can be exported into a SQL dump or stored as a set of SQL scripts. Large blobs can be linked as external files. Database contents can be exported into a running MySQL server over a working connection, or converted into MS SQL format. Up to 2 GB per record are supported.
MySQL Recovery can preview database records of all types except Bit. Blob preview is available for pictures, text and office document types.
National Character Sets and Unicode Support
MySQL Recovery supports all national character sets as well as the Unicode table.
